I have been enjoying my Ekster Cardholder Pro so far. Its high-quality materials, compact design, and functionality makes it very practical for daily life with its cutting-edge technology. Its robustness does not come at cost of an increased weight, so it is a great balance between quality, practicality and portability. Although it is not a cheap product, one can opt for the essential accessories such as the finder, then upgrade it over time if needed. I am happy for the purchase so far and I feel that if I unfortunately lose it I will be able to quickly find it will not be a nightmare to re-do all your documents and cards again.

I like to travel with backpack typically on surf trips and this vacuum bag works wonders, allowing me to have so much extra space for other gear in my carry-on bag, which ended up lightning the weight of my checked in surfboard bag, hands-down winner!!

It is soo much better than a wallet. I have all my cards in this really nice Ekster cardholder. I wished I bought one much sooner! And the aluminium version just looks really nice and feels very strong.

The quality of these bags is good, the zipper is a little hard to pull, but that is because it is waterproof and airtight. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

Tiny, credit card shaped and locates your wallet. It even makes a noise if needed! I have charged it once since I got it 6 weeks ago and it’s still on 100%. Probably the best thing about the wallet actually.

It’s such a great product! I saw many of the same and also bought from other companies. But ekster has the best one! It’s thin and the money does not fall off the clip. Plus, the quality is great for the price. Customer Service is also great, my address was in mandarin and they approach me the soonest and confirmed they received my email. The delivery was exactly the same date that they said. Annndd i was suprised to see the delivery information in the apple wallet. Supprised cause I don’t live in the US, and none of my overseas order have this functionality. I will never buy from othe companies if ever i need another one. Great buy!

I contacted customer service 2 times:

1. To exchange a product; and
2. To get some technical assistance having a tracker connect to my phone.

Both experiences were good. I received an email within a few minutes of both of my requests for assistance providing me with help. I’m quite sure the initial email is an AI response, but the response for my technical issue solved it for me.

Regardless of this, both times were followed up with a member of their team to ensure the issue was resolved, and this happened within several hours of the initial email.

I really enjoyed this approach, the quick initial response was not expected but it made me think highly of the team, expectations were to get a response in a few business days, not minutes.

I’m a huge fan of this wallet. I added the money clip, I carry a lot of cash and it holds it well. Numerous people have commented on how much they like my wallet and I agree it’s as practical as it is good looking.

I am very impressed with the cardholder. I wonder what took me so long to consider a card holder. The fact that it is slim is a bonus as it does not create a budget in back pocket
