We tested travel pack and it worked better than expected . Vacuum seal held for over 8 straight days to my disbelief. Just about all my clothes came out wrinkled free except for a pair of jeans but that didn’t really surprise me it was again at least 8 days sealed.

How can I unzip the bags for the first time?

If you're opening the bag for the first time, you might notice that the zipper feels a bit stiff, don’t worry, that’s completely normal! Our bags are vacuum-sealed and designed with airtight, anti-leak zippers to keep your items secure. This means they can be a little tricky to open at first.
Here are a few tips to help:

1. Apply gentle but firm pressure when unzipping. It may take a bit of effort the first time due to the vacuum seal.

2. Pull the zipper ring upwards (not flat or sideways) to get a better grip and leverage.

3. Once unsealed, the zipper will be easier to use going forward.

My package has an orange sticker. Isn't the Pump TSA-approved?

Yes, it is! Our TravelPack Kit was specifically designed to be TSA-approved and flight-friendly, making travel more convenient. The orange "Cargo Aircraft Only" sticker is simply a shipping requirement due to internal logistics policies. There's nothing to worry about, your pump is safe and approved for air travel.

How do I zip the TravelPack™ Vacuum Bag properly?

Zipping your TravelPack™ Vacuum Bag the right way is key to making sure everything stays airtight and compact.

1. Make sure your items are neatly placed inside the bag.

2. Line up the zipper tracks before you start sealing.

3. Use the included slider to zip the bag shut, all the way to the end. You’ll feel a smooth glide and maybe even hear a soft “click”, which means it’s sealed tight.

4. Done? Give it a quick press to double-check it’s fully closed
