By entering the Ekster x Airalo Giveaway (the “Promotion”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the lawful decisions of the Sponsor concerning the administration of the Promotion.

2. Sponsor

Eligibility is subject to verification before any prize is awarded. The Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide reasonable documentary evidence of identity, age and legal residency. Failure to establish eligibility within the specified period may result in disqualification.

7. Winner selection and notification

Potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about [date].

9. Administration and liability

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information or materially breaches these Official Rules.

If fraud, a technical failure or another event beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Sponsor may suspend, amend or terminate the Promotion only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any material change will be communicated through the official rules page.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor and Airalo are not responsible for entry failures caused by network outages or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts an entrant’s mandatory statutory rights.

10. Personal information

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes and meet applicable legal obligations, in accordance with [link to Ekster’s applicable privacy policy].
