I was excited to get the new wallet and was hopefull it would finally be the wallet that would work best for me. And, it has exceeded all my expectations. I absolutely love it.

That says it all “Ridge” wallet but returned it. Too bulky and stiff. Ekster Wallet Pro is lighter, more attractive, and has superior functionality. There’s nothing I don’t like!
First, let’s talk about the product itself. I’ve had the wallet for over eight months and the quality of the wallet is better than any other wallet in the same category. The function of the wallet is amazing smooth and consistent. The materials are great exactly what I would expect from this company, considering its reputation. The Finder Card (Gen 1 iOS version) is also great, however if I had one thing to complain about it would be the need for that Mag-Type proprietary charging cable (see why below). This makes for a potential issue as not only do you need the proprietary cord, but its hard to hold on to because it happens to be very small in size (less than 6 inches… Ok, ok, enough with the jokes 🤨), and easy to lose.
Which brings me to Customer Service, so let’s talk about it. I just checked the battery level on my Finder Card and realized that it was getting low so I figured I would get it charged up. After looking everywhere, I realized I misplaced that little mag-charging cord, so I reached out to Support to find out how I could order a replacement cord since it was not available to buy on their website. For the first time in a VERY long time, I received an email response from an actual person, within minutes (yes, you read that right….MINUTES) of submitting my request. It was so refreshing for a company to place value on its support, seriously. And not only that, within hours the next level of support had placed the order for the replacement cord at no charge and is having it sent out to me right now. Might not seem like a big deal, but since I’m the one that lost it, and it’s been over 8 months since I purchased the card, I absolutely figured on paying for the replacement device & shipping. So again, it was a welcome surprise the priority that was placed on customer satisfaction in this case.
I will definitely be buying some more Ekster products soon. Their new finder cards charge wirelessly, so that means they took a great product and probably listened to their customers and improved on it by getting rid of the proprietary cable to avoid problems like I had today! Another win for them in my book!

This is my second Ekster Wallet Pro, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality, design, and functionality are exactly what I was looking for. The slim profile fits perfectly in my pocket, yet it still holds everything I need. The card ejection mechanism is smooth and satisfying, and the build feels premium and durable. I loved my first one, but this version somehow feels even better made. It’s rare to find a product that keeps you loyal after years of use, but Ekster nailed it again. Highly recommend!
I like that it’s metal and light weight. Need to get used to is since I was used to the big bulky dad wallet. Just wish it had an option for a apple tag. The card they provide is not quite working or is stuck on a location from a few days ago.
I am not one to take the time for a review. However, after trips to Italy for 3 week. London for another week. You can not go wrong with Ekster large bundle. I admit was kinda a skeptic. I have had other zip type packing cubes. Those are a total waste. Toss you items in the sealable Ekster bag. Attach the small vacuumed to it to compress the items. Boom, instant space in your suitcase. Customer service was all star. Honestly it mad my trip more stress free so i did not have to worry about space. Buy the 2 item travel pack with vacuum. You will not be sorry. Also do make sure you buy the credit card size finder… everyone looks for an AirTag. The benefit is it does not look like a AirTag and you can hide it anywhere in your luggage.
