The TravelPack™ Vacuum Bag Pro is a premium vacuum travel bag built for durability, reliable air hold, and repeated trips.
It packs more and holds it longer. A wider, boxier shape lets clothes slide in and settle evenly, while reinforced seams along a thicker edge keep air locked in and resist rips over time. Even fully packed, the bag still compresses down to save 70% of the space.
Half-clamshell opening for easier packing
Reinforced seams for stronger air hold

Well after repeated attempts to get back to you I haven’t actually received the item yet… and you haven’t acknowledged that or even told me what you’re doing to put it right. The courier lied and said they tried to deliver 3 times (in one day, I was in the whole time)
This whole debacle has made me bitter and i can hardly recommend you when I’ve not received anything.
The design is beautiful and feels and looks high quality. I have not yet used them but the zippers are very difficult to open, slide. I hope they do not break or get stuck once I do use them. They do not glide easily and it is really hard to unzip even a little. My husband also had a hard time; he was actually the one who commented how difficult the zippers were to unzip. Hoping they stand up to usage.
Only 1 bag worked and becuase of how you have to pack to use them, they actually took up more room than packing without. Glad I was able to do a test run so I could have a backup plan. The return process is also a pain. Let me click and get info myself instead of having to get approval and a lengthy turnaround time. Sad to say, this has been an all around disappointing experience.
I travel often and only with a carry on. The quality of the bag is exceptional and having a vacuum increased the space in my carry on significantly to the point where I’ll never feel nervous about buying extra stuff on trips since I know I’ll be able to fit it in my carry on now.
The reviews state it is hard to open initially, and that is true. I had a minor moment of panic trying to open the zipper initially, but I think this is what gives the bag its solid seal. Love it. Will buy more for my family.
I like them , but I would like maybe half a size too
So I can put different things in different bags
Like I could use one for my work out clothes and pijamas and another one for regular clothes
This bag is a little too big for that
Half the size would be perfect too
This is nice for a backpack
Maybe have different sizes
Other than that I like it , pump size is great and the bag is a great qual
The battery operated suction - should have a cover over the button to turn it on/off. If it happens to push up against something inside your bag, it will turn on. Although it’s not alarming to me, especially with airport travel it might be alarming to a TSA agent or someone next to you.
These bags are exactly what I needed since I refuse to check my luggage. I’m able to fit more and take everything I need. Great product and works exactly as advertised!
Haven't had a chance to put it to the test yet, but the trial run was a success! Easy to use and seems to work as advertised. Will post after my next October trip!
Purchased for an overseas trip to replace zippered compression packs. 100% impressed with the water proof material of the sack. I was able to fit my 10 day wardrobe in one pack, lots of room for my pharmacy and shoes in a medium suitcase. Quick and easy to compress with the hand held vacuum and easy to stuff with the large opening. Entirely impressed with the whole system. A useful system for packing and travel.
I am on an airplane 1-2 per week on average and these Diary of a CEO vacuum kit pros are PHENOMENAL. I’m currently on the road for 3 weeks with only carry on and have so many more options with me. I got two for my roll-on. Love them, thank you for creating these!
My husband is a chronic over packer. We recently took a 6 day trip, packed two oitfits per day and yet were able to fly without checking a bag. He was so impressed with the bags and equally proud of himself for being able to travel so lightly.
These things feel durable the moment you take them out of the packaging. The lil vacuum piece that came with the bags fit perfectly against the hole it goes into so there is no need to hold onto the device as it sucks all the air out which is considerable. I have one of those "non-wrinkle" suits (2 dress shirts, dress pants and jacket, 2 ties and 1 pair of socks) that you can pack and fold which was successfully packed into my suitcase with a lot of room to spare. It's money worth spending.
Love the product but opening them for the first time was near impossible. I don’t how anyone with little strength could ever open them. I had to consult utube to understand how to open the bags. I spent 25 minutes trying to figure it out, you’re going to get many returns because of this.
Great product! Works great. As a pilot for a large private aviation company, I sometimes have week or more long trips. The travel packs worked great. I think they could offer half sized packs that would work better. Still bulk out the same space but contain one type of clothing. The large bags are great but I found myself digging things out as everything was in one or two bags.
The kit turned my clothes into what appeared like dried up fishes leaving so much room in my carry on bag. There’s so much room they’re jiggling around.
We loved the Elster TravelPack Vacuum Kit Pro - we have a three - two for our clean clothes and we take one for dirty clothes and we bought one for my Mum.
Can’t wait for Jetstar’s luggage rule changes were we slide all our luggage under the seat because we have used the vacuum.
Easy to use but I think it’s too heavy coz weight counts a lot when you travel . I know it’s water proof but because of the thickness and not enough room for a thick coat , I didn’t give 5/5
I am a very frequent international traveler who has tried everything on the market. I rarely check luggage so compression bags have been my go to for a long time.
I finally broke down and bought these and all I can say is wow! These bags are amazing! I’ve been on one trip so far but have a few long ones coming up and am excited to see how these hold up. They are a great product!
I’ve tried a number of vacuum compression packing cubes. Some are worthless. Some you have to fight to first get it open, then cram stuff in, struggle to get them re-zipped, then the compression only last a couple of hours. The 1% TravelPack™ Vacuum Kit Pro x The Diary Of A CEO are a whole different game. Easy to get open. Convenient to pack. You can actually see what’s in there. They zip close tightly. The vacuum pump works like a charm. And they stay compressed until you open them. Meanwhile, you can pack 3 to 4 times an many items as would normally fit in a carry on bag. I’m sold. They work. They’re worth every dime.
Just packed my luggage and everything fit like a dream! No sitting on top of the suitcase or making hard decisions. And its under the weight limit for my flight! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends
My first bag wouldn’t stay compressed, I contacted customer support and after sending a video to show the problem a new one was dispatched straight away and I received it the next day. I now have a bag which stays compressed and can’t wait to use it on my next trip. Thank you to Paola for sorting it out so quickly!
Full disclosure - I’ve only used this once, but I actually used it at the same time I used the original vacuum kit, which allowed me to see how much improved this new version is.
Having the sides built up in a rectangular shape makes it easier to load and compress more evenly. The side zipper makes the kit easier to load and unload. It would be cool if the zipper covered even more space to open wider.
The handle is nice-to-have if you want to move the bag from suitcase to another location.
I like the on off toggle of the mini air compressor as opposed to the push button of the prior version (I almost always have to click that one multiple times to shut it off).
Overall I’m super happy with the improvements made with this product. I bought the older versions just last year and used on a two week trip to Europe with a carry-on and backpack and it worked well, but excited to continue using the 1% DOAC bag on future travels.
The vacuum bags are great and work well. The only concern is with packing the actual vacuum canister - there should be some sort of cover to prevent the on/off button from getting engaged when packed in a suitcase. I had already disposed of the package it came it so now I have to figure out how else to prevent it from turning on accidentally while packed in a suitcase.

A clear view, without oversharingSee it, grab it, go
Vacuum sealed bags all look identical once they're packed. That’s not a problem anymore.
A small window on the front shows you what's inside, so you can grab the right one without digging through the rest.
Neatly pack your folded clothes inside, zip the bag shut so no air can escape, then use the air pump to compress it. Attach the pump or a vacuum cleaner to the nozzle in the middle of the bag and suck out all the air. The compressed bag packs flat inside your suitcase, backpack, or duffel bag, freeing up space for shoes, toiletries, or other items.
The Pro model has a slightly larger capacity and a wider, boxier edge with reinforced seams for better durability. The Pro has a half-clamshell opening at the top for easier packing and unpacking, whereas the standard model has a straight zipper on the front. The Pro also has a small front window so you can see what's inside without unzipping, whereas the standard vacuum bag is available with an optional frosted transparent finish for visibility. Both TravelPack™ Vacuum Bags can save you 3x packing space.
Yes. Every Ekster TravelPack™ Vacuum Bag works with our portable Air Pump (sold separately or included with the full Kit) or any standard household vacuum cleaner. That means you can compress your vacuum travel bag at home or on the go with whatever is available.
No. Once sealed, the one-way valve and airtight zipper keeps air from getting back in, so your bag stays compressed for the whole trip, not just until you land.
1. Make sure your items are neatly placed inside the bag. | 2. Line up the zipper tracks before you start sealing. | 3. Use the included slider to zip the bag shut, all the way to the end. You’ll feel a smooth glide and maybe even hear a soft “click”, which means it’s sealed tight. | 4. Done? Give it a quick press to double-check it’s fully closed
It handles a full load with several pants, shirts, sweaters, and underwear, and still compresses down to a fraction of that size. It holds a total volume of 27 liters. You can fit 10-15 days of clothing in one vacuum travel bag.
