Large order stolen

My heart sank when got email stating my $400 order was delivered, but was nowhere to be found! I reached out to EKSTER and was told to file a claim. WOW!!!!

This was better than expected. I would say that the little vacuum should come in a small container box because it's so easy to press the button when its in a bag and it accidently turned on mulitple times while in my bag. I had to find something to put it in so the button would not get pressed. Was able to fit a week of clothing into my bag
