I loved my Ekster wallet. So much so that when the button suddenly stopped working I literally had tears. I was down in the US when I got it, and thought what do I do now that I am back home (Canada). Well, the process was easy, the replacement even easier, and the folks who helped me along the way were the best. It could have taken a wrong turn in a variety of different places, but I am now with a new replacement wallet, and I am happy once again. Last, as I waited for my replacement, I went back to one of my old “new wallets” and the experience just reinforced for me that the Ekster is the best option out there.
